- 14pm-15pm: Hands-on: T1-based segmentation procedure step-by-step
Second Day:
- 10am-11am: Hands-on: DTI analysis
- 11am-12pm: Hands-on: rs-fMRI analysis
- 13pm-14pm: Hands-on: ASL analysis
- 14pm-15pm: Introduction to QSM analysis
Third Day:
- 10am-10:45am: Introduction to R
- 10:45am-11:30am: Application of R to MRICloud results:T1-based volumetric analysis
- 11:30am-12:15pm: Application of R to MRICloud results:Functional connectivity analysis
